Tahawwur Rana, wanted for the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, will be extradited to India and taken to NIA headquarters in Delhi. A multi-layered security plan includes bulletproof vehicles, SWAT commandos, and armored convoy for his transport from the technical airport. NIA officials are accompanying Rana on a special flight from Los Angeles. He will be formally arrested upon landing after medical procedures.
