Are you wishing you knew which apples to use for eating, dehydrating, freezing, baking or which make the best pies? In this program, Master Food Preserver Volunteer, Catherine J., will also explain the differences between the sweetest apples and the tartest, as well as which are the best for long term storage plus helpful hints. You will also learn how to prepare apple butter using your microwave or slow cooker.
