Here is a Great quick way to use those leftover Baked Potatoes.
If you have not seen my previous video on How to Prepare Seasoned Baked Potatoes, take a look at the less than 2 minute short video. This recipe will be made from these Baked Potatoes.
So Quick and Easy to prepare, Lets Get Cooking!
1 - seasoned Baked Potato - one potato makes two nice servings as a side
2 - slice baked potato into thick 1/4 to 3/8 slices
3 - heat skillet with a little oil and place each potato slice in heated skillet - Med High Heat
4 - spray or brush oil on top of each slice
5 - Sprinkle - Salt - Pepper - Garlic on each potato slice
6 - Turn after about 3 min or starting to Brown
7 - sprinkle Cheese on each slice when cheese starts to melt sprinkle on Bacon Bits and Chives
Cook till Golden Brown and Cheese is Melted then Enjoy!!
these are so so GOOD, Great snack or as a Side dish.
