These Gravity Boots are built for inversion exercises by Roger Teeter. The video show how to elongate the cervical vertebrae, spinal cord vertebrae, hips, knees & ankles with a couple of stretches while inverted, those stretches are meant to be held for several seconds to minutes at a time. Followed by inverted exercises to enhance muscle and tendon strength in the body that are commonly used for snowboarding, wakeboarding, skiing, surfing & skateboarding.
