FYI, this is not a small event. It is the government officials that invited her here. Let's say that this is Charice's gesture of thanks to the governemnt and its people where she belong to. As i know, celebrities being invited to perform in governemnt functions are not being charged of talent fees. only a token of appreciation is being given to them.
International singing sensation, Charice, visited the BIR personnel during its 105th anniversary last Aug. 3, 2009. This is the second song she sang. (I'll Be There by Michael Jackson). Those men sitting on the Presidential table are Finance Sec. Gary Teves and DCIR Cabantac and later on joined by BIR Comm. Sixto Esquivias IV.
She is as good as she is on TV... such a nice girl!
