How to design an industrial automation systems (full course) - with AS-BUILT photos

Описание: Hello, this is a full course on electrical design of industrial automation systems. In this course we first learn about an example project from the real-life (with photos of the AS-BUILT situation) and then we learn about the software I used to dimension the power system (protection devices, cables), another software to determine the heat loss parameter of the cabinets and then the last software I used to create all the circuit diagrams.

The application is an industrial refrigeration system based on screw-type compressor technology. We had two compressor (160kW and 132kW) and also about 100kW additional power consumers. Altogether about 400kW and ca. 715A of current consumption.

It was definitely an accomplishment to design the whole electrical system for this application and I had additionally pay attention to a lot details to design the system correctly.

We commissioned this system in the summer of 2019 and everything works perfectly.
