Lent is a 40 day season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends at sundown on Holy Thursday. It's a period of preparation to celebrate the Lord's Resurrection at Easter.
🙏 40 ദിന നോമ്പുകാല പ്രാർത്ഥന 🙏
ആത്മീയ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ വസന്തകാലമാണ് നോമ്പുകാലം. ജീവിതത്തെ ഉപവാസത്തിലൂടെയും പ്രാർത്ഥനയിലൂടെയും ദാനധർമത്തിലൂടെയും ആഴപ്പെടുത്താൻ കഴിയുന്ന ഏറ്റവും അനുയോജ്യമായ കാലമാണ് നോമ്പുകാലം. ആത്മാവിന്റെ ഉള്ളറകളിലേക്കു യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നമ്മുടെ ഉള്ളിന്റെയുള്ളിൽ ദൈവത്തെ നാം കണ്ടുമുട്ടുന്നു.🛐🛐
