✨Ingredients
•Mutton 1kg (with 30% fat)
•7-8 Garlic cloves
•3 small pieces Ginger
•3-4 Green Chilies
•1 medium size Onion (roughly Chopped)
•1cup Coriander & Mint leaves
•2 Red Chillies (optional)
•1tbsp crushed Coriander
•1tbsp Red Chili flakes
•1tsp crushed Cumin
•1tsp Garam masala
•1/2tsp Turmeric
•Salt to taste
•1tsp Red chili powder
•3tbsp Chickpea flour
•2 medium size Onions (thinly sliced)
•In a separate, heat 1/2cup Oil
•1 Large Onion and 3-4 Green chilies paste
•1tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
•2 Bay leaf
•3 Cloves
•4 green Cardamom
•1 Cinnamon stick
•1 black Cardamom
•8-10 Black Pepper Corns
•1tbsp Red chilli powder
•Salt to taste
•1tbsp Coriander powder
•1tsp Cumin powder
•1tsp Garam Masala
•1/2tsp Turmeric powder
•2 Tomatoes Puree (peeled and fine chopped)
• 3/4cup (150g) Yogurt
(i used Greek yogurt you can also use plain )
•Add 4-5 cup Water to achieve your desired
consistency for the gravy
•Garnish with Garam masala & fresh chopped green Coriander
