ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଓକିଲ ସଂଘ ଧସେଇ ପଶିଲା ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଭିତରେ। ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପୁରୀ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରଵେଶ ଓ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦାବୀରେ ଓକିଲ ସଂଘ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦ୍ବାର ଦେଇ ପଶିଛନ୍ତି। ଓକିଲ ସଂଘ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ଚାଲି ଚାଲି ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦ୍ବାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ପରେ ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ଦେଖାଇ ପ୍ରବେଶ ସମୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୋଲିସ ବାଧା ଦେଇଥିଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ଦେଖାଇ ପୁରୀ ବାସିନ୍ଦା ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ବନ୍ଦୋବସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କଣ ପାଇଁ ବାଧା ଦେଲେ ପୋଲିସ ତାକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠାଇବା ସହ ଧସେଇ ପଶିଛନ୍ତି।

Members of the Puri District Bar Association entered the Shree Jagannath Temple through the Western Gate while demanding special temple entry and darshan facilities for Puri residents. The lawyers alleged that police stopped them despite showing their Aadhaar Cards, even though the district administration had reportedly made arrangements for local residents to enter using Aadhaar for verification. Questioning the police action, the protesting lawyers raised objections and proceeded into the temple premises, making their demand for exclusive entry rights for Puri residents the focal point of the protest.
