Automatic lug capping machine is used for capping metal caps on glass jar which are mostly used in food industries for products like jam, sauce, pickles honey ,milk etc.
The machine is single head automatic with cap elevator where you need to keep the jars on the conveyor and it will place caps on bottles one by and then tighten the caps.
The machine can give speed of 15-20 caps per minute
This machine can do various size of caps with the help of change part and the height is adjustable as per the bottle
