God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
🚶♂️ 人生的路上難免遇見風浪與不安，
有時患難來得突然，讓人不知所措。
但神應許自己是我們的避難所，
在我們無力的時候，祂成為力量；
在我們最需要的時刻，祂隨時都在。
無論環境如何動盪，
只要來到神面前，
您就能找到真正的安穩與依靠。
🙏 我們一起來禱告：
親愛的主耶穌，謝謝祢成為我們的避難所和力量。
當患難臨到時，求祢幫助我們不驚慌，
讓我們在祢的同在中得著平安與勇氣。
奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。

when you take refuge in Him.

Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for being our refuge and strength.
When troubles arise, help us not to fear,
but to find peace and courage in Your presence.
