Alvingham, Louth Navigation & North Cockerington Walk was about 3.75 miles in distance. The terrain of the route was a combination of grassy towpath, field paths, enclosed farm tracks and quiet country lanes. The walking was easy on level ground. Route finding was easy with obvious paths, good waymarking and good landmarks. There were no stiles to negotiate.
