Ingredients for meringue:
-5 egg whites
-1 tbsp vinegar
-30g amidon
-100g caster sugar
-80g icing sugar
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-1 pinch of salt
-1 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
-1 tbsp almod flakes
Ingredients for the cream:
-250g double cream
-250g mascarpone
-1 pinch of salt
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-80g pistachio cream
Other ingredients:
-220g raspberries
-3 tsp icing sugar
-1 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
