This is our first time using Final Phase and I couldn't find any good info here on Youtube or elsewhere so I called up the Advanced Nutrients customer support line and got a super direct answer. I asked directly "How do I use Final Phase in Sunshine Mix, hand watered" and this was the answer.
The steps:

get enough ph 6.3 balanced water to fully saturate your Sunshine
mix in Final Phase at 2ml/l
wait 12 hours and flush again with pure water, then flush as normal for the rest of your grow
