At OCB, Brody is called on his relationship with Stiles (having both worked at ATF previously), including $20,000 placed in his account by him. They want to know where Guerrero is leaving from, which is the Chalk's Air seaplane base in Miami.
From Miami Vice Season 4 Episode 14 “Baseballs of Death”: Crockett and Tubbs are investigating the murders of prostitutes which appears to be the work of a sadist. They discover that the killer is a Chilean police official. They try to arrest him but someone from the government gets him out. It's obvious that the government man and the Chilean have something going on. So they try to find out what it is.
