HOME-FOR-ALL, built in the area that was affected by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami on March 11th, 2011 as humble places of relaxation where people who lost their homes and jobs can gather and talk freely with each other.
2011年3月11日に発生した東日本大震災の被災地で、家や仕事を失った人々が集い、語り合えるささやかな憩いの場として建てられた「みんなの家」。
As we approach the 10th anniversary of the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, we asked the architects who designed 16 buildings in total, what Home-for-All means to them.
東日本大震災から10年を迎え、改めて設計を手がけた建築家たちに「みんなの家」とは何かを聞いてみました。
