Описание: There is a misconception in the market that three-core chips are better than two-core or one-core chips. However, this notion is completely wrong! The strength of the metal substrate depends on the quality of the solder and equipment, with the welding equipment in the vacuum furnace playing a crucial role. If low-grade solder is used, the melting point of the connection is low, making it prone to detachment when the engine temperature suddenly rises. When choosing solder, we opt for the highest temperature grade, as shown in the solder grade table, ranging from 1150 to 1205. We set it at 1175, the highest temperature grade in the solder table. However, the majority of the market uses a solder grade of 1050. The problem with using higher-temperature solder is that it requires heating above 1050 for it to melt; otherwise, it cannot be properly welded. Additionally, during heating, the device is in a vacuum state, and gases will evaporate, especially at higher temperatures, requiring a stronger vacuum extraction capability, resulting in longer production time. Moreover, higher-grade equipment and solder increase the production cost of the substrate. Therefore, most domestic users use solder with a grade of 1050, and very few use 1175, the highest-grade solder. However, for JBOM, we have always adhered to using solder of this highest grade, which has remained unchanged from the past to the present. Time is the ultimate cost, and this choice is our steadfast standard.
