Fans and critics alike flooded social media after horror author Stephen King made a series of confusing and false claims about US President Donald Trump and his family on X.
King’s comments drew sharp responses from users, particularly with his claim that Trump has no children.
"Trump: has never had a child. Has been married 3 times. Ran several businesses into the ground. Never ran a home, couldn’t make a bed to save his a--. Calls people he works with dumb, losers, ect. Has never done sweat labor. Has never served on a local committee. Has no life experience," King posted to X.
The post immediately began drawing criticism from conservative accounts like Libs of TikTok.
Stephen King has been a vocal anti-Trump voice on social media for many years.
His previous tweets include calling Trump “traitorous” and comparing ICE to Nazi Germany's Gestapo.
