EN: At VerdNatura, a leading distributor of flowers, plants and accessories for florists in Spain and France, logistics operations face a unique challenge: managing thousands of daily orders in a highly dynamic and unpredictable environment. Boxes of different sizes, conditions and formats enter the dispatch flow continuously, requiring a system capable of transforming chaos into order.
To meet these demands, a customized intralogistics solution was implemented to organize, sequence and prepare orders automatically for palletizing by dispatch routes. At the core of the system is an omnidirectional conveying technology that enables full control of carton movement, regardless of how products enter the line. Advanced vision systems track every unit in real time, ensuring precise positioning and sequencing.
The solution integrates seamlessly with the overall warehouse layout through a modular conveyor system, allowing cartons to be scanned, buffered and dynamically routed to their exact palletizing sequence. This intelligent flow reduces waiting times, improves accuracy and ensures optimal pallet construction for transport.
Designed for scalability and operational flexibility, the system supports high throughput and adapts to seasonal demand peaks. Its robust architecture also enables easy integration with existing processes, supporting easy integration without limiting future growth. Operator interaction is optimized where required, combining automation with picking person to goods guided by PDA workflows for enhanced control and traceability.

ES: VerdNatura, referente en la distribución de flores, plantas y accesorios para floristerías en España y Francia, gestiona cada día miles de pedidos en un entorno logístico altamente dinámico. La diversidad de formatos, tamaños y condiciones de las cajas hacía imprescindible una solución capaz de ordenar un flujo de expedición completamente caótico.
Para dar respuesta a este reto, se implantó una solución intralogística a medida orientada a la secuenciación automática de pedidos para su posterior paletizado por rutas de expedición. El sistema se basa en tecnología de transporte omnidireccional con control total de cada caja, apoyado por visión artificial que monitoriza y corrige la trayectoria de los productos en tiempo real.
La instalación se integra dentro de un modular conveyor system, permitiendo clasificar, acumular y ordenar automáticamente las cajas según el patrón de paletizado definido. Esto se traduce en una reducción de tiempos de espera, mayor precisión operativa y una preparación de pedidos optimizada para el transporte.
Pensado para crecer junto al negocio, el sistema destaca por su escalabilidad, robustez y easy integration con otros procesos del almacén. Además, combina automatización avanzada con flujos de trabajo asistidos, incluyendo picking person to goods guided by PDA, garantizando control, trazabilidad y flexibilidad operativa.
