Specs include:
Engine
M102 2.3-16 with crankshaft from 2.5-16 non Evo model (which has longer stroke than Evo models) plus custom forged pistons and conrods = upgraded to 2.6 litres.
Bespoke cylinder head ported and polished, DTM 1990 spec camshafts, custom made racing valves, valve springs & retainers, with custom adjustable camshaft sprockets.
Custom CNC intake manifold with improved intake runners shaped to optimise flow with 8 injector system to suit different rpm ranges.
Retains factory magnesium cam cover but now with custom made Hedgehog and 2.6-16 badges.
Slide throttle is 50mm diameter and made by Lek A-Arm.
Two injector rails: one for low to middle rpm and one for high rpm.
Transmission
Nissan Silvia S15 6 speed manual with bell housing modified to fit and custom made lightweight flywheel and triple plate racing clutch.
Rear differential: BMW E36 M3 with OS Giken racing LSD.
Oil system: Dry sum (with factory oil pump disconnected).
Cooling
Bespoke system developed locally includes aluminium radiator, electric cooling fan and electric water pump.
Reduction of mechanical driven components to maximise engine power.
However, mechanical water pump still in position. In case of the electric pump failure, the mechanical water pump can still be reconnected and the car can still be driven
Chassis
RHD Japan market model converted to LHD.
Full chassis frame integrating engine bay structures with cockpit roll cage and rear trunk structures custom made by Lek A-Arm.
Front inner wings & wheel well custom made to fit bigger wheel and tyres.
Suspension
Front:
Adjustable A Arm with Koni Motorsport shock absorber made for Seat Leon World Touring Car and recreates the mountings to fit 190E uprights and chassis.
Mounting points created integrated into roll bar structure.
Rear:
Factory rear multilink suspension removed & replaced with double wishbones & pushrod suspension also for optimal repackaging due to limited space.
Koni Motorsport shocks designed for 1970s F1 cars & Ford GT40 Le Mans.
Adjustable sway bar and blades (designed from Ford Focus BTCC mid-2000s)
Brakes
Front
Lexus LS430 calipers reprofiled and with Hedgehog logo, custom brackets to fit to new front hub and Dixcel race brake pads.
Brake discs: C Class W203 AMG ventilated.
Rear
Mercedes SL R129 calipers and ventilated disc with EBC brake pads
Wheels
Desmond Evo Rega Master size 17x9.0 with 255/40/17 Hankook tyres
Cockpit
Factory LHD dashboard
Sparco racing seat and harness
Carbon fibre bespoke centre console with switch panel
Stack dash, VDO voltmeter with oil pressure & water temp gauge mechanical sensors (as back up to electronic sensors).
Racing steering column and Alcantara covered Momo racing wheel.
Gear knob and stick from Silvia 6 speed manual transmission.
Adjustable F/R brake bias - from Tilton with lock for replacement of handbrake when parking.
Racing pedal box.
Tilton air jacks.

Multi element rear wing from Japanese GT racing car.
Carbon fibre roof.
Fiberglass fenders & all 4 doors.
Polycarbonate door windows and rear screen.
Weight saving approx. 100 kg
