This elevator located at south wing of the station near the south wing passenger elevators. This elevator serves only the parking levels. Level 1 which is a spooky defunct parking level at this wing of the building is unlocked on this one as this elevator is also uses as a service elevator. The floor indicator panels were replaced with some orange plastic.
