How to do a Tuning Fork Facial and Lymph Release

Описание: Tuning forks are great tools for lymph release or lymphatic flush, calming the vagus nerve, increased circulation, and targeting fine lines and wrinkles. In this video I use the Sonic Slider by Eileen McKusick. I also use the 128 Otto with a 25mm Rose Quartz gem foot from Biosonics- great for hair, skin and fascia. You can use any weighted tuning fork you own, or even your bare hands. Use a gem foot or boot on the bottom of the fork.

*Do not glide a bare fork handle across the skin. Do not use on or near cracked teeth. Always check with you healthcare provider to see if using tuning forks is right for you.*
