Описание: Mohali has got a new Mayor today. Amarjeet Singh Sidhu (48) was elected unopposed as no one else has contested. Jeeti Sidhu, as he is popularly known, is a younger brother of local MLA and cabinet minister Balbir Singh Sidhu. Jeeti Sidhu is a first-time councilor and is being preferred over much experienced members. His election has once again proved the clout of Balbir Sidhu in the Party.
