Paper Tube Drying Oven

Описание: Ramsons Engineering Co. Ovens are designed to consume low power / fuel with a uniform temperature throughout the oven. Various safety features like blower / heat source interlock, pressure / moisture release mechanism & auto shut-offs are provided to make these ovens full safe.
This is a batch type dryer which is suitable for drying of heavy weight paper tube dia. upto 300 mm x 16 mm thick and moisture removal upto 25-30%.
Our offered Paper core dryer is available in a 2 types of designs, suitable for Paper Core Pipes / BOPP Tubes / POY Tubes / FDY Tubes.
(i) Vertical Design
The most popular style of walk-in Oven uses combination airflow, which delivers the air to the load from both sides at the bottom, and draws it up through the load before directing it through a roof-mounted return duct at the top of the heating chamber. This airflow style is extremely versatile, provides excellent temperature uniformity, and will accommodate most load arrangements.
This type of design is useful for BOPP Tubes & Core pipes which are upto 3 mtr length

(ii) Horizontal Design
In this design, forced air is used for hot air circulation in horizontal direction which provides uniform air distribution along the entire length of inside-outside of tubes.
This type of design is useful for POY Tubes, FDY Tubes & Core pipes which are having more than 3 mtr length
