Instead of Round white cabbage, these rolls are made with Chinese Cabbage or closely similar to Baguio Petchay of the Philippines.
These STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS can easily be tweaked to your personal tastes. Substituting your favorite meat for stuffing would work wonderfully just like mine! I used my favorite Embutido for fillings because of its full flavor of sweet meats and veggies. It can also be steam or fry depending on your preferred method.
