Описание: Hurricane Arthur made landfall on July 3, 2014 near Shackleford Banks, NC as a Category 2 storm with 100 MPH sustained winds. Arthur started out by meandering over the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of the Florida Peninsula for several days, then reorganized into a hurricane as it moved north towards the coast of the Carolinas. Arthur continued northeast off the coast of the Delmarva and Massachusetts before landing in Nova Scotia. Arthur inflicted about $28.6 million in damages and no direct fatalities were attributed to the storm.
