This video is not dark screen, but it is a bit darker than normal so you can fall asleep easier and hopefully sleep though the night without interruption. These recordings are great for not just sleeping, but also anxiety and stress reduction, meditation, or just relaxing after a long day at work. Who doesn't love a spooky cabin?
