Did this one out on the lake again — this time focusing on anxiety relief and pulling out some of that heavy energy you’ve been holding onto.
After the Reiki and whispering, I kept the camera rolling so you can just drift with me in silence. From 8:20 to 24:42, there’s no talking (only 1 minute of quiet talking (ends at 9:45) to a kid who was on the lake) — just peaceful paddling, water sounds, and stillness.
Let yourself breathe and just exist here for a bit. You don’t have to do anything.
