BREAKING NEWS! New SB 611 Oregon Rental Law In Place!

Описание: Salem, Oregon - On July 6th, 2023, Tina Kotek signed into action SB611 which now restricts housing providers rental increases to 10% or 7% + CPI, whichever is lesser.

It also caps housing providers by restricting "no cause" evictions for tenants less than 12 months, to max rental increases for the new tenant being the same as the old tenant (WHAT'S THE POINT THEN?)

Lastly, it does not change the 15 year certificate of occupancy exemptions that bigger hedge funds, REIT's, and syndication funds invest when developing larger multifamily assets.
