Описание: In early 2011, the band's US tour was kind of crazy since it varied between crazy long shows with some wild setlist choices and plain vanilla shows. This one was sort of inbetween, meaning that the song choices were pretty much conform with what was played on most occasions, but the power and energy level was definitely raised a notch here! You just feel that they all wanted to give that little bit extra on that night.
The recording starts out rather weird since there's all songs of sound issues on the first song. Richie's guitar is barely audible, Jon (since he started the show from elsewhere in the arena) is very echoey and distant. Good thing is that all issues go out the window with the second song, leading me to question whether it was a different audio source used or down to the mixing in the arena.
With some newer technique, I was able to "extract" some of the arena's echo out of the recording. Furthermore, the entire sound was remastered to give it a better balance and more clarity. Since the nature of the recording would've caused some clipping and distortions when raising the volume too hard, I left a little space in that area and you might turn your volume knob just that little more tonight ;) Since the show was filmed from a screen on top of the arena, it's a bit like a Pro Shot video. However, the lighting rigs nearby almost always make it look a bit red, blue or green. But it certainly is a nice watch. Some video levels were smoothened out and some details reworked.
