A QUIET WINTER DAY LIVING FULL TIME IN MY VAN - SCOTLAND

Описание: Some days aren’t about distance or big plans.

After being ill for a couple of weeks, today is about slowing down, easing back into things and reminding myself why I chose this life in the first place.

In this episode, I spend a quiet winter day living full-time in my van in Scotland, moving my body again, braving a cold dip in a loch, cooking a big pot of soup and settling in for a cosy night as the rain sets in outside.

Sometimes the adventure isn’t the miles you cover, it’s knowing when to slow down before the next chapter begins.
