Brand New TKE Synergy MRL Traction Elevator - Model Apartments Central - GO, BR

Описание: A newly installed TKE Synergy MRL traction elevator at a construction company's showcase central. Finished just a couple months before I filmed this.

I remember passing by here last year and seeing this elevator and the showpiece dumbwaiter besides it being installed by TKE people. Expected a Synergy 100, turns out the result was even better than that.
Usually small applications like this go with the Synergy 100, but they opted for a larger one. A little overkill for what it serves, but even better to have it then. Hadn't seen this new variation of it before.

Cab is well sized for the application, not a lot of traffic here. Not much to say about it, usual default design from TK. Not sure if this is still the Export line or something else. All steel all around, nothing special anywhere, only the handrail and a very tall mirror on the back wall. A very tall cab, I don't know why they opted for this height in a small elevator like this, but there it goes. Probably also the reason why it's not a Synergy 100 since those don't have options for tall cabs like this. Very clean, all in great shape since it's new, low usage and taken good care of, has to be very presentable for the application it's in.
Fixtures are normal, though this is the first time I've seen this flush COP from TK. Normally these smaller ones like the Synergy 100 and EOX come with the half-height surface mount car panels, or the column one, but this went with a more refined and sleek look for that. Quite good, I prefer this over the usual style TK has for their cab panels. Rest it is pretty simple, basic controls, New Soft Press (version of STEPModule), dot matrix indicator, all light up in blue (they've been mainly coming in blue dabadee dabadah by default for some years now). Good condition since it's new but there are already some stains around the buttons...

Runs pretty nicely, as expected. No issues seen. Smooth, fast, steady and efficient. One of the best performances in the class currently. Great speed control, really comfortable in all aspects. The only thing I don't like with these TKs, is that delay to start (after closing the doors) they have sometimes. Past that, it's excellent. I really like it. The door controls are still as good as they have always been with TK, perfectly obey the button commands properly and instantly, as all elevators should... glad they haven't changed it yet. Motor is the typical from TK, quiet for the most part except for the very audible VF drive. Not that epic but still sounds both nice and quiet. Barely any shaft or structure noises too, good thing.
Maintenance by TKE, let's see how they'll do with it. Apparently good for now.

Rating: 9/10 - Nice find, good look at a different (and less common) variation of these new TKEs. I liked the flush COP... and overall it's a great elevator, solid construction quality, good performance, comfortable and looks nice even as basic and simple as it is. No downsides to it. Better than most competitors on this level for sure. Earns a good score.
