Sommerrodelbahn Erbeskopf, longest possible toboggan run in Germany (Deutschland), technical details: total lenght: 1356 meters, downhill 747 m, upwards 609 m height difference 106 m makes a percentage of 17,7%, max speed approx.. 56 km/h.
Originally this was only a ski-slope but in 2005 they realized this toboggan track that can be build in 3 days, and demolished in 1 day, with 2 meter iron pins, hidden in the ground. Very safe, they stop and check everything during/after rain. A must do activity for every dad with growing up kids...
