Make sure you get 1500 K.O.s as soon as possible and defeat every single officer on the stage, you can go easy here without worrying about the dialogue lag, Magoichi is one (if not the only) strongest character of the game, he can get K.O.s like nothing, so you shouldn't have any problem at all during this stage, just make sure you complete every Bonus Objectives before killing Nobutada, this is pretty much like Mitsuhide's Rare Weapon with very few exceptions.
