Warranty Submission - Lachlan Hilston: Pc Case Gear 25:9:18

Описание: Warranty Claim- Was advised by a retailer at mulgrave (Pc case gear) store to submit a warranty claim via youtube - video form as per the issues i am having with my new graphics card.

Warranty 4 Years.

The Issue:
Extremely low frame rates in all games.

Tested on two different monitors to make sure/taking extra precaution.

i5 CPU- 6600k & Gigabyte Auros 11gb Extreme Overclocked.

The 8 pin connectors aren't daisy chained and run through separate cables.

Check the video for in depth descriptions and demonstration via video as to the issues i am currently having...

The card was put into the computer once and taken straight out as soon as the issue occurred.. Haven't had this problem occur with previous GPUS... prior to having bought this card.

** I have always bought thing from PC Case Gear and have been quite happy with the service and quality of products received.

I am quite disappointed and looking for the best outcome to solve my problem quickly/proficiently with good service.

If the case may be to bring the computer into the mulgrave store, i will do so...

If a failing GPU is the result, I would like a credit as i am covered under warranty.
