Today we're doing something a little different, we're learning my very first aeriel hoop routine that I ever performed.This is part 4 - It's the entire choreography with music so if you want to learn it step by step go back and watch parts 1-3. This lyra choreography is very adaptable, whether you're an aerial hoop beginner, intermediate or advanced student you can change this around to suit your level and your style.
