This video gives a practical demonstration of how wormer resistance develops, highlighting the difference between resistant, susceptible and partially resistant worms.
Find out why accurate dosing is essential for effective worming, and how worms surviving treatments can impede lamb growth rates.
Using a break dose of the Group 4 wormer in the mid to late season will remove worms present within lambs, including those left behind by previous treatments.

Zolvix™ oral solution is a broad spectrum anthelmintic for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal nematode infections and associated diseases in sheep, including lambs, hoggets, breeding rams and ewes. Zolvix is a "class 4" wormer, with no known resistance, resulting in efficacy above all other drenches and allowing for better growth rates¹. We advocate Zolvix as a mid-season wormer "break dose" and also for use as a quarantine dose, clearing out any resistant worms.
