Just a quick recording of Mystic Manshuams grind to give an idea of how to approach mobs that are not oneshot mobs but aren't tanky either.
This is also a demonstration of the Manshuams rotation that I recommend.
My AP was most likely 273/281 Nouver (I'd usually use Kutum) during this recording but I'm not certain.
