Before the Buster and the Blitz, there was the Duel. The GAT-X102 (Duel Gundam) was used as as the basis for developing the other 4 Mobile suits seen in Gundam Seed. The Duel Gundam has the most balanced design of the 4 ZAFT suits, and is eventually equipped with the Assault Shroud to help it maneuver in space combat.
