REHIT workouts have been demonstrated to elicit cardiovascular adaptations similar to 40+ minutes of running. The CAROL Bike fits into your schedule so there’s never an excuse not to exercise.

The CAROL Bike has an awesome and affordable subscription platform that is not required to use the bike. The subscription includes all 20 of CAROL’s workouts. The non-subscription option has only 6. These workouts consist of REHIT variations, fat-burn workouts, fitness tests, and free rides. The CAROL Bike comes with a Bluetooth heart rate strap to get the most out of your training.

If you want more training options, try one of the third-party apps you can download onto the tablet and pair it with the bike. It has Peloton, Zwift, Rouvy, and more. If you are looking for a more relaxed ride, there are entertainment apps like Netflix to watch.

The construction of this bike is very sturdy. It has a steel frame. The saddle and handlebars adjust to accommodate a user height of up to 6’7”. The handlebars and saddle are comfortable. The pedals are hybrid with both toe cages and SPD clips.
