Tenshin-ryu Hyoho’s sword method (which is also a method of training): Rensetsu-hō.
This is a continuous series of cuts to the kote (forearm).
In formal practice we normally use a tachigi—a slender round log set into the ground—but this time we are using a substitute.
You’ll be stunned by the sheer speed—so fast your eyes can hardly follow.
