At First Ministers' Questions, Douglas Ross attacked Humza Yousaf's running of the NHS.
He recounted many stories of shocking A&E waiting times and gave a long list of Mr Yousaf's failures.
The SNP leader insisted rivals were worried about the Health Secretary taking over from her as she was quizzed on a damning report into the NHS during his time as Health Secretary.
Scottish Tory boss Douglas Ross listed Mr Yousaf's failures at FMQs and said the Audit Scotland report underlines how he would be "failing upwards" if he got the keys to Bute House.
