This magnificent apartment is located on the top floor of a building in the purest Haussmann style. With a surface area of 150 m² (1,615 sq ft), it comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its triple-glazed windows give it a soothing silence.

The rest of the time, the room benefits from exceptional light, thanks to its location at the corner of the building, overlooking a crossroads, its high ceilings and the many French windows opening onto the balcony running the full length of the apartment.
