Many of us work on computers or look at handheld devices a lot of the day. This forward head position puts a lot of stress and strain on our neck muscles.

This can cause neck tension, stiffness, tension headaches, and other problems in your neck and shoulders. This short routine will help reduce or eliminate these issues.

We start by working with the small muscles around your collarbone, the small muscles at the base of your skull, and even the muscles around your head and scalp.

We then move to the larger muscles of the neck and traps to completely relieve the tension, de-stress, and start to correct the musculature around our necks.
