This video is a simple vlog of my first half marathon, run in Paris 🇫🇷
I wanted to document the experience including the build-up, the race itself, and what it was like running 13.1 miles through the city. Nothing over-the-top, just an honest look at the day.
Running has become a big part of how I train, and this was a good chance to see how my approach holds up over a longer distance. Energy, structure, and systems all matter and this was a practical test of that.
If you’re thinking about your first half marathon, or you just enjoy running and training content, hopefully this gives you a useful insight.
