• 3-4 eggs, beaten
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Base:
Place a sheet of lavash bread in a non-stick skillet.
2. Add the Sauce:
Spread a layer of sauce evenly over the lavash.
3. Layer the Ingredients:
Arrange slices of sausage, cheese, and tomatoes over the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. If desired, add bell peppers.
4. Pour the Eggs:
Carefully pour a portion of the beaten eggs over the toppings, ensuring even coverage.
5. Repeat Layers:
Place another sheet of lavash on top and repeat the layering process with sauce, toppings, and eggs. You can make as many layers as the height of your skillet allows.
6. Cook:
Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Carefully flip the pie and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
