Vertical Loading & Taking out Carbonization furnace User Manual.
This type carbonization furnace can several working in one line. And this video is single one furnace working.
It's new smokeless with water purification, in- direct heating high temperature 400-500 centigrade pyrolysis process type.
If your materials are bigger sized like wood branches, sawdust briquettes, bamboo etc, we can use this model.
It's with inner stoves to working one by one, one inner stove is one batch, each batch finish in 6-8 hours( based on original raw materials humidity). After 1st batch finished, we take out the ready one for cooling, and load in another one start again.
Water purification is using circulation water working. It's no need to change the water or the water will gone away( a waste).
We provide full complete production line also based on your per demand.
