Stephen teaches on Psalm 125, which is one of the Psalms of ascent. The Bible speaks of two scepters; the scepter of wickedness and the scepter of righteousness. In other words, there are two kingdoms, and two kings to chose from. Psalm 125 says that the scepter of wickedness will not remain on the land. Satan's kingdom will be destroyed when Jesus the Messiah returns to reign. The righteous who belong to the scepter of righteous shall inherit the land, and they shall abide forever, just like Mount Zion which cannot be moved.
