TODAY'S RECIPE IS Apple Fried Pan Cake | Caramelized Apple Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
Remove seeds
Thin slices
Butter 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Saute for 2-3 mins
Fry for 5 mins
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Let it cool down
1 egg (substitute condensed milk 1/4 cup)
Sugar 1/3 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 2/3 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Place a heavy bottom pan on stove
Heat the pan
Place the fry pan
Cook it on low flame for 15-25 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
