Got out on the second dove hunt of the 2019 season this past weekend at the same cutover that we hunted on opening day. This time we setup in morning, as you're allowed to do in Virginia, to try and get on the the initial flight before it got hot. It was foggy early on but the doves were moving slowly but at a steady trickle. We each shot a few as the morning went on but the two main highlights were how well some of the birds were working our mojo and the work Wade put in. We ended up finishing the morning with 12 doves, of which Chase had the majority due to some spotty shooting by me. Hope y'all enjoy!
